Our Process

How ordering a share works

1. Reserve your share

Contact us to confirm size and availability. A deposit holds your place in the current processing schedule.

2. Beef is selected and processed

We select from the herd based on conformation and readiness. Processing happens at a licensed USDA facility — custom cut to standard specifications.

3. Pick up your beef

You collect directly from the processor or arrange delivery. Final payment is due at pickup. No surprises on weight or cut. One Solid Price, One Pick Up.
